Analyzing the Factors Affecting Purchase Intention of Drugstore Beauty Products

Objective – The objective of this study is to identify the key elements buying beauty products in drugstore chains, discuss reasons and factors behind why these chains had become customers’ preference visit purchase products, find out relation store convenience intention their products.
 Methodology method used research quantitative using an online survey started November 2020. From 132 distributed questionnaires Google Form link, only 106 responses are valid.
 Findings results reveal that shopping enjoyment competitive price have a significant influence on purchase. However, relationship between was not supported.
 Novelty Previous studies predominantly examined main effect intention. This extends our understanding by highlighting non-significant result convenience–intention linkage.
